About
The Union County Department of Human Services, Division of Social Services, has proudly operated the Union County Immunization Clinic (Formerly the Union County Immunization Clinic) since 1996, providing essential vaccinations to the community.
After experiencing the tremendous impact of collaboration and teamwork during the COVID-19 pandemic, the department recognized the need to strengthen its services and extend its reach. As a result, the Union County Department of Public Safety, Office of Health Management has partnered with the Immunization Clinic as of May 2024, resulting in a substantial increase in service delivery and patient outreach.
The partnership between the Union County Department of Public Safety and the Immunization Clinic resulted in a expansion of services beyond vaccinations.
September of 2025 the Union County Immunization Clinic was renamed Union County Family Clinic and launched expanded services to include Mantoux/ Tuberculosis tests, and physicals to children 5 in under (children seeking physicals must reside in Hillside, Roselle, Berkeley Heights, and Cranford – communities that are part of Union County’s shared service agreements for local health department services).
